I think a reasonably good time was had by all, a few things perhaps explained, some very much not and a few new people that it was nice to bump into although, as usual, I was a bit busy so apologies to anyone I didn’t get to have a yap with, it wasn’t deliberate.

The venue, dunno. It’s okay and I’m neither bothered by it or not, it’s okay. It does seem to provoke one of two reactions though, either it’s liked or it’s really not liked. It may be perhaps worth looking into an alternative, perhaps another chain or a large independent around the area, I think John (Mac) may have a good suggestion on that front.

The bar prices are a bit hefty and the bar food was too and, according to a certain person, not nice. 😉

That said it was quite funny last night, well, this morning to be accurate, that the only people that hadn’t given up and gone to bed all happened to be Scottish. Now that could mean that the English and Welsh are wimps and can’t stand the pace or, it could indicate that the Scots have a reputation for drinking which would appear to be grounded in fact as most legends are, I’ll let you make up your own mind. 😆

Thanks to Tina and Bryan again though for doing all the donkey work on this, it’s appreciated although, the whole elements thing with Geoff’s comments, for a moment, got me really, really concerned for my own mental health.

Lol! I had to retire, when I kept seeing 2 of you and had to close one eye to focus! 😆

Don’t think it’s any big secret, but I’m that person that didn’t like the food 🙁 They put funny little green bits in the sausages…? And a roast dinner at 9.30 at night killed me off 🙂

But I echo all the above… Gracious Por Va Vor to Bryan & Tina for sorting it… Was good to see you lot again!
