Feb 2012 Meeting – WTA

Evening folks,

I’m going to start with, it’s late, I’m really very tired after the weekend, still not feeling very well at all and bouncing stuff about as usual. Lawrence et all are probably asleep, I just am more (shall we say) dedicated as that sounds nice and probably not what the team would say. 😉

We’re looking at doing an online registration for the meeting, can we assume that there’s no problem with that? No answer or a “hell yes” will be taken as a positive to the approach.

Hopefully registrations for it will open tomorrow all being well so you can register that you’ll be there.

Planned date, 24th February.

Big room again. Exhibitors. Seminars. Lectures as usual. Whatever else we manage to beg, borrow, leach and steal from whoever.

But, given the interest already that we’ve had, I can pretty much say it’s liable to be the biggest one yet.

To have a bunch of you guys, WTA members there, would be more than nice.

Oh, and Bryan said he’d buy any TA member still alive at 1am a drink (both nights). 😉 😆

(Tina will give us the room number just to make him pay of the cheek he will give her, but if you buy her flowers (roses) or chocolate you might get another drink on Bryan for free)

The on line form was set up before I could get the room rate code set up.. So yes you will need to book your room using the link.

Using IE, also tried to copy/paste into Google Chrome as well but still get 404??

It may well be a Java problem. My Java console updated over the weekend and also transferred me to the Java homepage which scanned my system and advised removing 8 or 9 old copies of Java that could pose a security problem.

Perhaps that link is not using up to date Java. :con:
