I clicked on the link in your post which brought up a form, I filled it in but wouldn’t let me complete and asked me to confirm my e-mail but there wasn’t a way to do this. So went back and tried again with same result. This is from my iPhone. I’ll try on the iPad later.

May be it didn’t like the e-mails format in that I typed it wrong??? But tried it twice with the same result!!
