If you cant bring up a fault code, let us know what is wrong with the WM, and we will try and help from there. 🙂

Alexa,
Have some issues with my FP Ecosmart (US version). Would you please e-mail me the diagnostics information you have so kindly, and helpfully, shared with many members?
Much appreciation in advance!Kind regards,

Hi Ben, we’ve lost Alexa – tell me your model number, or check through virtually any F+P thread in this forum – the diagnostic info is there repeatedly.
Alternately, type “diagnostics” (no quotes) into the search facility.

ParticipantHi, sorry to drag up an old thread, but I’m having the same problem. I’ve found the fault code (43) and have been searching the forums for a while and found this thread:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … highlight=
But I need to know where/how to find the switch.
If someone could email me the info to Kieren_g_brown@yahoo.com.au that would be great, thanks.btw, this site is a goldmine! *adds to favourites*

If anyone has any additional tips please feel free to pass them on, otherwise I hope the two link I’ve posted can save someone else some time!Kieren.
