    Hi Martin.

    I had this problem a few months ago.

    I got around it quite easily in the end with some plastic “surgery”.

    no Mike, different handle altogether. We are still waiting in Don to bail us out on this one. Mark meanwhile is pacing up and down with worry. 😛

    not quite, but customer got a new door for free out of BSH for it, I got paid as well so, aside from the 2 handles I have in stock which Martin assures me I will fit in no time at all, no one is the looser, apart from customers who will not buy another such product that is.
