Just came across this which is the same problem – 4 beeps. On mine it was not obvious that it was the same problem as I was looking for something at the top of the door that pokes into the door latch that was not there – it’s gone missing hence my problem. Pushed a pencil through the hole and pressed down on the sensor and it worked. Just be clear, the sensor is at the 12 o’clock position, not 3 or 9 o’clock where the door latch is. Thanks to you all who originally solved this.
