ParticipantHotpoint WMA61S washer in silver. 90139594.
I need the door inner frame for the above machine. Connect show it as part no. 1604341. This frame is much larger and a different shape to the original. I have tried several routes and all show 1604341 as being correct. It clearly isn’t! 😕
Any help please!!
Steve.

Hi Steve
Partfinder lists it as C00202288 which when entered onto Connect for example part number does equate to 1604341. May well be worth ordering direct from Hotpoint or if that is not an option then Dave may be able to help you out at spares@whitegoods.co.uk

Thanks, Don!
This is proving to be a tricky one – might have to supply him a complete door. Ridiculous!!!Cheers,
Steve.

There certainly were at least 2 different shapes of door used so perhaps the machine does not have it’s original door. Have a look at part No. 1603599. This has a flat at the hinge side but is rounded at the handle side. It is white but I don’t think that should matter as none of it is visible with the door shut.

I had trouble with connect when I wanted a door inner for a Bosch w/m. The picture was different to the one I ordered, or the one I wanted. I dont think you can always rely on the picture matching the p/n.

Thanks, guys!!!
I questioned the customer on the subject of the door being non – original, but he is sure it has never been changed or even repaired. I have obtained a complete door (good but s/hand) so I’m hoping that will fit.
Even the Indesit genuine parts software shows the wrong part number. :rolls:Steve.

That seems to cross reference as 1604341 – same part as I have here. Connect search shows them as one and the same…….. 😕 😕

Doesn’t cross-reference to anything else on Masterpart.

I still couldn’t resolve this door problem so a second hand door in perfect condition is fitted now – one of my friends had one of the “common” ones. :rolls:
As I said, Stupid Indesit……… 😈Thanks for the help guys,
Steve.
