Is that £70.00 for the, fit in under 1 minute, buy for £2.95 genuine 1600474 carbons . 😯

With the best will in the world I cannot regard that as anything other than excessive.

Make your mind up Jim 😕

I think it’s all down to the type of customer and work you’re trying to attract and the important thing is being up-front and honest.

    Re: House of Horrors

so how do you all advertise locally? do you put a price in the ad or wait till the customer calls and asks? cause i cant get any calls from ads when the other 2 engineers who advertise here one always states ‘Most calls only £12 + no call out charge” the other states “Over 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of machines fixed for £25” how do they survive?

Most customers, I expect, will not be lucky enough to win a £12 call or a fair few will fall into the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} that costs more than £25.

    That’s grim.

You could always report it to the ASA and they will ask them to substantiate the claims made in the adverts. 😉
