I’m still waiting for a certain someone 😉 to suggest drilling a large hole in the drum, poking a hose in to syphon then, filling the hole with plastic putty. 😆

could get one off these shove connecting drain hose on pump down sink.
pump fits on drill from draper £7.09
Another Tip:
Problem :How do you drain a dish washer when the pump has failed
Tip: remove top spray arm, put bucket/bowl under this, close door and let the circ motor drain it.

Not a bad idea really. I’d suggest some debor and a rubber grommet to seal afterwards as when the putty hardens it can shake loose from the hole. 😀

We must start a fresh topic entitled… “Engineers Tip of the Week!”
This one has it for me, thanks WMV
All these years I been using a short length of 15mm tubing, filling the tube with water just like my old pal Archimedes taught me way back when? Drains every drop that way and you don’t need electridally 😛
Jug, Jiggle & Sucking?……no thanks I don’t care for dishwasher soup :rotfl:
