Do bear in mind that ‘stripey’ has trade access and can read this thread.
Our information is that he was until very recently involved in no small way in providing tech assistance to the FSE’s in the field.
His posts reflect a willingness to help, whilst in that one instance possibly not reading the OP’s exact complaint and getting his filters mixed up.
We need all help we can get so please cut him some slack for the time being. 8)
