If you have some silcone sealant then it should do the trick.

Luckly I had tightened the nut :). So sorry I miss informed you the water wasnt coming out of the element but from the NTC. So its ok to use a little sealant on the NTC and it would be good to hold for the rest of the washers life?.

After removing the element I did actually realise that maybe that wasnt the best move to make 😳

Whey Hey its works 😀

I let the sealent dry overnight and ran a empty drum cycle and all went well. Lobbed part of the mountain of washing in and ran a 40deg cycle and that worked, then a 60deg cycle and all is running smoothly though the pump is sounding like it has a few ball bearings running around in side of it when it first starts up.

Many many thanks to all your advice saved myself a few hundred quid signing up to this forum 🙂
