Hi
Have you tried draining it down and checking for foreign objects in the filter and drain pump area? It sounds as if something is in the pump housing to be honest.Unplug appliance before attempting any investigations 😉

It’s probably the pump so it won’t be an expensive repair.
Check the repairs@ link below, you should find someone there that can help 🙂

Might be an idea for our poster to find the actual model number, then we can advise him how complex or simple this might be………

model no on manual readsAPM 8522.
I unscrewed filter it was clear ,removed some pipes (rubber) adj /feeding into filter again clear.
Strange thing happened machine when through full wash and spin still noisy but washing spunvirtually dry 😀 😀
Did another wash back to square one no spin and water still in machine have had to drain it manually.
Again many thanks for replies ,my better half pushing to go shopping this weekend suprise, suprise.

Just change the pump, it’s this one:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … cts_id=162Far cheaper than buying a new machine. Admittedly it’s not the finest washer ever built (integrated ones seldom are), but perfectly adequate.
