    Thanks for all your help, both of you, will now add a couple of hand towels and keep an eye on it. I’m stressed out now!

    Just to let you know, I switched the machine back on and the display showed 5 minutes before quickly displaying the flashing dashes again so I assume the machine had gone through the cycle OK including interim spins but gave up on the final spin. bfn x

    Am I the only one who spotted the spelling mistakes on that picture of the manual ?

    ‘After 10 failed attempets..stoped to spin because of to high an umbalance‘ ??

    The ISE machines are good at self preservation, I think that most of us are just use to all other machines blindly going ahead with a wash and spin regardless of whether it will knacker the machine or not !!

    Not in my manual it doesn’t, looks like the typo’s have been edited out as well. 8)
