My suppliers are out of stock, of a part I was wanted. So, I popped into Wash-Vac website to see if they have it, and it’s gone. Parts-centre finally shut it down, so I sorts out an account with parts centre, only to find that the website has been designed by someone with learning disablities, to put it mildy! Maybe I’m using it wrong.
Anyhoo, I’m looking for a creda oven knob. Price isn’t important, just availablity.
Gen no. – 6225211 – This is obs I think but….

That part (Control Knob Disc) is available from stock at Parts Center, the other part is OBSOLETE 🙁

Is it just the disc, or knob and disc, coz it’s the knob I need?
Edit – I think it does come with the knob.

And I don’t have a picture of it.
I want the knob for a Creda europa 48121/2, in brown please.

Partfinder has it listed as 6225212 Knob & Disc Top Oven, so I guess we have identified the right part for you and Parts Center have 96 days stock of them remaining 😆

6225212 is the part number that you need in that case as you said, it’s the disk and knob which are all one piece.
The picture Martin posted is also correct, it just doesn’t show the grip part very well, but it’s there 😉

ps. I phoned parts centre and they have 3 in stock. 😉
Their new call centre is 30 seconds from my bosses house, but there’s no trade counter. 😆

When you go to the Washvac website, use .com instead of .co.uk and you should find it still works. They say everyone has been sent a letter with a new account number but I’ve not had mine.

Nope, nor have I but my normal account number and password works still anyway 😕

😈 Washvac.com is still working I have just sent an order on this site . I haven’t been notified of change either .

I had my letter with the new account number today. I also received a parcel from Washvac yesterday but the paperwork had the HRPC logo.
