I have had no issues at all you have to have a business acount but if you havent they transfer your account to a business one within a few days,the home screen you do everything from is great with charts to tell you busy times areas calls where from etc and also a list of all calls received in the day.
You could port both your numbers over to them then divert both to the same mobile so you never miss a call.
The thing i like about it is when i am set to unavailable and someone leaves a message i get an instant email which i can then download and listen to from my blackberry therefore never miss a thing.This guy helped me a lot with info etc at orange try emailing him.Robert.YOUNG@everythingeverywhere.com

very smooth you do have to have a business acc but they can transfer a personal one to business quickly after that you could port both numbers to them and divert both to the one mobile number,also when you are set to unavailable and someone leaves a message you get an instant email and can download and listen to it therefore never missing a call.
