    Oh it’s quite a long complicated procedure changing the drum in fact. Almost literally the whole machine will need to be dismantled and reassembled to do this. I’m confident though that in doing so the leak, wherever it may be coming from, will be established and no doubt rectified.

    Do please let us know the outcome won’t you? 🙂

    Here’s hoping,
    had engineer round yesterday and he replaced outer drum but whilst doing so found that leak was coming from dispenser hose to drum connection.
    Fitted new drum and resealed duff connection and i’ve got a wash on now so i’ll get back later with result. 😆

    unles the merloni engineer produces a bent and buckled 2p from his pocket and says thats the cause of your problems… hope you have better luck than one of my customers!
