MrsP is an ex-school teacher and brooks no nonsense from these people. They’re fully informed before I turn up; 1st call if we don’t know them they have to turn up and pay. After that, nett month following or you’re on stop ’til you pay. We have so many private landlords in Leeds that it doesn’t bother me if a few take the hump. The bigger agencies are much easier to deal with – same rules means that they pay and chase payment from their landlords. So much simpler.

😥 Unless thy’re entwistle Green and a couple more round here. Had to chase payment on numerous occasions with the excuse that we’ll have to wait till next months rent comes through :rolls:
