ModeratorAnyone else getting sporadic ‘not logged in’ messages. Been happening the last couple of days. Sometimes I go through the login process, just now I have closed the site page down after getting the warning, gone back to an e-mail notification link, clicked on that and I am logged in again. 😕
PS. Never knowingly log off.

KeymasterIt happens after a set period of time, a few days normally, but can happen at odd times. I think it’s a security thing that’s a bit randomised, TBH it’s never bothered me so I’ve never bothered to look.

ModeratorRe: logged out
Just done it again, was viewing posts logged in, went to another forum and got the ‘logged off’ warning. That has happened about five or six times in past couple of days.
I did not have to log back in to post this, just went back and forwards a couple of times, from thread to homepage. 😕

KeymasterNo idea Jim, the only thing that can affect it is the local cache of cookies. 😕

Had major problems with this again at around 8.00 PM this evening (well yesterday now) could only view public forums. could not log in and view or post anywhere. What was wrong?

Have you got something going on with your cookies?

Not altered a thing, for almost an hour last night I kept getting the debug screen.
Was fine later.Jim.

KeymasterOdd, one other person can’t seem to get logged on at all because of that debug screen, yet that’s the only two I know of. 😕
Haven’t a clue what the issue is either as I can’t replicate it.

Just done it again, no problems for four days then a few moments ago I was replying to a post, when I hit Submit I got the login screen, this time I was able to log back in but my message had gone. I hit the back button in my browser to retrieve, copy & paste the message.
