After logging in you go to the Engineer Area tab, then contract information.
Steve explained it in an earlier post.

do you need cover in NR postcodes

ParticipantRe: Masterfix
Cover is needed in all postcodes to make this work. It may be that there is already cover in a particular area however, every engineer has a different skill set so all engineers need to apply to ensure the cover is completly comprehensive. Work will be distributed based on the skill set of the engineer and the requirements of the client.
Thanks for your support

Hi Simon,
I’ve had a look at your T&C’s and there’s a couple of things you may want to look into.
The first is that if you come under the Distance Selling Regulations you must offer a refund within seven days. I’m not entirely sure how it applies to selling service online though, but I’d check if I were you as you are taking payment as I understand it.
There’s no mention of the new contract cancellation legislation, more here which should apply as you are entering into a contract with the consumer.
I’d get a solicitor to review it if it were me doing that so as to be sure I was as right as I could be.

I filled out their form but never received a reply to say whether they had got it. I tried sending an email to them but it bounced back?
Whats going on?
Has anyone else had contact with them.

Hi Brian
We are at the moment going through all the administration process of registering all the engineers onto our IT systems so we can generate usernames and passwords for all the engineers. If you sent your details via the online form then you will recieve your personal login details by the end of business on Friday 13th March 2009. We are working on the optimisation of the site through google in order to start the process of generating work.
What e-mail address did you send to which bounced back so we can investigate further?
If you need to contact us then you can also e-mail us at service@masterfix.co.uk
On a different note Thank you to all the engineers who have already submitted their details to us. As posted above we will be e-mailing further details by the end of next week. Looking forward to working with you all!
Best RegardsSimon
