Check the fridge and freezer door seals are sealing correctly

If frost forms again and it is white frost then check the frost is even over the evaporator.

If it is not even and just near the top it may be a refrigerant problem.

Did you cable tie the no frost sensor to the pipe top left rear pipe thermal fuses top left front pipe

Or you could call an engineer to check.

You may also find if it is frosted again that the fan is not working as some times the fans fail when cold.

Re: MFI APM 6855 Integrated Fridge Freezer

Good morning Bob … yes I cable tied the no frost probe to the top left rear with two cable ties. However I didn’t cable tie the two fuses, to the left hand side of the front pipe, only pushing them tight to the top left hand side of the pipe. When I originally replaced the No Frost Thermistor, I noticed that the two Thermal Fuses were only pressed on to the evaporator pipe and held there with some mastic. On the frost issue, my observations after replacing the No Frost probe, was that the white frost completely covered both Thermal Fuses and the No Frost probe and also when I checked the underside of the evaporator there was white frost there too. From the recent Thermal Fuse and Heater ohmmeter readings, would these indicate that these components are ok? Maybe I should have placed the thermal fuses in a cup of boiling water for a few minutes, and then taken a reading, anticipating that the outcome would have been zero ohms, indicating an “open circuit”, then from there, placed them in a cup of cold water where I should have anticipated “a closed circuit” reading indicating that the fuses were operating as intended? I’ll tie up the two thermal fuses, check that the door seals are ok, and see how long it runs for, then report back to you for further advice. Once again, many thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
