Moffat 4633 oven elements 25yrs old? big things

Got these about 5 years ago but they’ve gone again.I think they were about £20 each trade then. My supplier is on hols. Serial no of appliance is: F240 477 171 model 4633 Moffat.
They’re side elements, about 15″ long, with a mountain peak shape at each end.
Any suggestions?

ELE 3992 coming up £30+ when I look it up on Connections.

I’m wondering if somebody at Connect reads this forum,sees they’ve only got a couple left and quickly amends the price! (“Saw me coming”).

Anybody know a better value for money source?
(Qualtex no longer available apparently).

I know Connect have a tiered pricing policy but that cannot be right. The “alternative” that flags up is the genuine Lux one which is about £30. ELE3992 shows as £4.15 on Connections here.

Just checked again. £30.46 ( srp £65.08 ). Lux alt. from £39.28.
Rang Lux they do it for £37 incl vat!
I’m still waiting for my “welcome pack” from Connect,though my account has been running for 10 days, so maybe I’m not getting the right price yet.
Not too impressed with them so far. 1st order came with 1 out of 2 parts incorrect. Right part still not arrived. If that is representative of their picking, no wonder they have to charge high carriage rates.
Seme are angels by comparison.
PS I didn’t put that emoticon in there!

Are you using the online Connections or the DVD Mike ?

If it’s the DVD, go to “Truelink” then hit “Account Details”. At the top there’s a “special” button, download the top two options in there and see if it changes the prices.

Using online version. Welcome pack will presumably have DVD in when it arrives. Will I have to 💡 upgrade my PC (1gb hdd, 37mb mem,Pentium2 😥 )?
or can I play it on my tele? (This is the sticks here you know 🙂 )

ELE3992 on Connections looks Ok £3.89 trade

Still shows at this price for me on connections have just had a look 16/09/05.
The online version of Connections is the one to use, as you do not have to keep down loading the updates.on line version always has updated info, DVD stops working with some features if you do not order enough through out the month.
