I have noticed their web presence is now more apparent on various search engines. (I never could fathom how they were getting work in the volumes previously reported). Also their Facebook page is pretty active and many more engineers have joined since I registered (out of curiousity, as I posted to that effect at the time) on their forum last December. Read of that what you will, I’m just saying…..

Got home and there’s a message from them for me to call them. I take it best action is to delete the message 🙂

The best action is the one you yourself choose to make.

Hi, this is Ade from NAC.
Andy Jone’s post saddens me as he has cost his business money by firstly being unavailable (i.e Only having an unattended landline number advertised ANYWHERE) but secondly, and more importantly, simply not returning a call.
As andy has come here, I’ll disclose that the call was a simple £45 + VAT (If registered) Inspection report. Same day BACS Payment.
Since then, not only has that report been attended and paid for, others have been passed & paid for that he could have had in the EX Postcode Area.
Could I please offer a suggestion to any readers? That suggestion is simple… Suck it n see.
Also, if any Engineer has been ‘ripped off’ by NAC, please speak up now…
The silence will be deadly. As we cannot and do not operate in that way.
Kind Regards,
Ade

Well I will stick my hand up, he emailed me and asked if I would do an inspection, I did and just as he’s says above NAC paid by BACS as soon as my invoice was sent.
I did say that I am happy to do the jobs but it will be purely business, I am not interested in anything else.
Money is money and in that respect I am no different to anyone else.
You guys should decide for yourself.October 15, 2014 at 7:17 am #414438Jackal

I too will stick my hand in the air.
My service director took on some work for NAC whilst I was off sick.
They did exactly as they said they would, nothing more or less so you cannot argue with that.
As Ade says suck it and see for yourself. It’s got to be better than GoLocal!

All I can say to you’re post is that having been caught our before ( not by you’re company I hasten to add ) I felt at the time I didn’t want to take any chances, having read some other replies on here it seems I may have been mistaken.

I’d suggest suck it n see as well, everyone deserves a second chance in life. If the product is unsatisfactory recourse can be found through the courts, consumer complaints programmes and Web forums such as this. It’s especially useful when a previously condemned businessman has a history returns and then repeats that history.

Well lee that might happen, we shall do one job at a time and when its paid do the next, if NAC pay as stated then no problem, but it will be one strike and your out as far as we are concerned.

It’s as easy as 123 to make a new account to post so block all you want. Regarding the ‘Other’ Accounts I have, I dare you to block NationalAppCare. Post something in the Trade Forum and I’ll email or TXT you the content within 30 mins.
It’s not my fault people work with me. It’s not my fault people trust me and it’s not my fault you fucked it by picking on the wrong guy.
By the way… You’re known commonly as ‘Twatt’ ILO Kwatt outside of your world, hence my ‘spelling mistake’.

Thanks, admin@ukwhitegoods.co.ukVery mature.
I told him to f**k off in case there’s any doubt. Literally although, I may have added “Adrian” to that.
Sterling advert for his services and character I’m sure.
