Hi Dave,

I received the capacitor thanks. It’s fitted and the machine is making all the right noises now, however still no water. How do you test the aquastop?

you need to check there is a supply getting to the valve

also check wires at the bottom og the door some of these old units snapped wires

The wires are all in very good condition within the dishwasher. I’ll stick a meter on the connections.
