There wasn’t any promise this month, total content of the notification:

The monthly payment will be paid on 8th September 2003 and will be restricted to 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the available amount. All the more worrying for those still continuing to work for them.

KeymasterI thought that the token accountant had said something? Maybe not.
Anyway, if it’s not paid soon there’s gonna be a lot of unhappy campers heading for Stoke.

ParticipantI’ve also chased with the new accountant, and told we should hear something this week .
P.S. Apparantly the share certificates are being processed ?

KeymasterThis all sounds a bit vague TBH, no promises, crossed communications, poor administration, no calls back etc.
Not sounding too promising is it? 😕
The thing is, have you noticed that pattern yet with the late payments?
They are getting later and later and putting off the payment of the balance more and more, it’s gone from within a few days to a week and now been stretched still further. How long until the late payment crosses the following month’s payment? At that point the guy’s that are working will get still further confused by the accounting and simply will not have a clue where they are with NESN, if they do to any degree as things stand now.
NESN are being quite strategic in their payments by trying to ensure that the agent pays 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the Electrue bill whilst retaining a large chunk of cash to fund themselves and, of course, retianing that money from the only place they can – the agents! 🙁

Apparently, yes. But as I have pointed out to NC, they haven’t deducted the correct ammounts on the correct dates as per the agreement. I haven’t actually paid for all the shares and they still tell me the certificates are there waiting to be signed 😕 Signed by who ??
I also pointed out that any discrepencies in shares payments and certificate allocation is in breach of company law, as yet unreplied 😡

Could we not call Rudi out of retirement for one more comment before he dissappears into oblivion.
He was the champion on this issue, and therefore should be the first one to comment on the news.
Go on Rudi, one last swan song.Best Regards Del

KeymasterAnd as if by magic…. 😉
TBH I don’t think that Rudi should be totally pensioned off, semi-retirement fits better and just roll out the wheelchair when required I say.

White Goods Info Mail Number 40.
Dear Service Provider
New Contracts – SBS Insurance Services (SBSINS & SBS)
With effect from Monday 11th April 2005, NESN have set up two new contracts for SBS Insurance Services. SBS Insurance Services are a smallish company specialising in insurance inspections and underwriting warranty products. Whilst initial numbers will be low, there is potential for a gradual increase as SBS secure more contracts. NESN will be dealing with Brown, White and Gas service requests.SBS have strict guidelines to adhere to under FSA regulations and will monitor NESN’s progress carefully. They expect an engineer to attend within 3 working days of receipt of a job, provide a report within 24 hours of a call out and repairs to be completed within 5 days of callout (where this is not possible SBS must be advised so they can check the customers scheme to see how long they can be asked to wait).
If we are asked to inspect damage on behalf of SBS and the problem is due to damage as stated and NOT wear and tear we can repair upto the Authorised limit. However if the problem is NOT damage as reported by SBS then a repair must not be completed but a report submitted explaining the nature of the fault.
Cornhill Audit
Most of you will be aware that Cornhill, in the spirit of true partnership, are at present conducting an audit of all NESN’s processes. This is being carried out with our blessing in order to improve and develop the way in which we work with Allianz Cornhill. This is not something to be reviled but should be welcomed by all of us as the outcome will lead to better procedures and a far deeper relationship. As such, please do not feel threatened by this and if asked please co-operate in the review.Well there’s a contract lost that Network DASA could have had! 🙄
I’d also bet that the money on offer is no better than the normal NESN rates for a higher standard of service and they now come with a £2 a call reduction. Who’s taking the piss there I wonder?
Forwarded to Rudolph for some sport although I suspect he’s probably recieved it.

Anyone know WTF this is all about ?:
“This is to inform you that the NESN AGM will not now be held on 21st April as previously notified.
Unfortunately the board have been obliged to take this action following a letter from Dave Ince of Beaver Electronics, who has challenged the date of the meeting and threatened legal action unless the date is amended.”

Something similar I think, yes.
This I recieved today, but I can’t quite fathom what legal footing Ince would have to enforce a change of dates.
It’s bound to have a tie in with SevicePower somewhere I would imagine, email away to someone who will hopefully fill in the blanks 😉
