Customer value?
What’s the value of a customer that wants to sue you for a spurious reason or just jump, shout and make life difficult? There’s plenty out there that reckon their entitled to a truck of things that they’re not, because they read about it in The Sun.
People offering low cost calls generally have little to no costs so can afford it, businesses that do not usually cannot afford it.
And, economics is not a simple subject, I can assure you of that, as I study it often. 2+2=4 or 22 or whatever you want me to make it, is not economics.
