Yes.
Need to know sizes or whatever required to tell people though as well as what they are for, presuming ID cards.

Where do we show the cost of the exhibitors rates?
Have we agreed a figure for them yet? I had noted at the last meeting £250-350 for X size stand, this would include a banner of some sort with thier details on. so we pick where they are placed?
Are we still thinking of doing this?
If so where the question mark hovers over the tick box, perhaps a note stating there is a charge applied to this?
Please contact a member of the team for this rate.Steven

Why show them the cost?
Get the info to allow us to price it like what they want, then tip your hand. 😉

Ok, but I thought there were some who did not cough up last time despite asking for a donation on the day ❓

Indeed and I would agree.
But, I’d also say that it’s mighty hard to price something that we have no idea what the demand is for, how much space we have or much of anything else. We’d end up just plucking random amounts out the air.
I can’t really think of another way to do it can you?

Bryan and I spoke about this ,there is only really two ways
1.tarif rate per table .
2.wait and see what demand is and price accordingly .I wonder if we could put a small reference to a fee will be payable by exhibitors to cover costs
