We are looking to get some more workwear, and was thinking we could have some advertising print of the ‘ISE’ logo on ther rear of the polo shirts to help sell appliances and get the name promoted, along with the whitgoods logo and ‘own’ company logo/name on the front.

As most of us wear the blue polo shirts can whitegoods buy or negociate prices in bulk on memebers behalf?

I don’t see why not Steven, John Mac did the donkey work on this a long time ago.

But if there’s interest I can probably get some branded up as we have more than a few here.

    Just a few queries..
1..Can we use UK Whitegoods logo’s on our livery & stationary or have we to get permission from someone & if so from whom?
2.. Where are the UK Whitegoods Polo shirts in shop, I couldn’t see them.

Yes and yes basically, if you are an independent repairer/retailer and are signed up to the charter/code of practice then using the logo is fine. If there is any query on that or you want the permission in writing all that needs doing is dropping me an email and I can do that.

There is no charge for using the logo to the indies.

No, we’ve not put them there as yet as we have been sending a lot out FOC over the past year. However we will have to start charging as we need to get more and also get them embroidered as well as the cost of shipping. We don’t make money on them at all.

To put them in the shop I’d have to get a stocktake of them in all honesty as I’ve no idea what we have there.

Funnily enough though XXL was the most popular size! 😆

If the shirts are already branded how easy would it be to get our own company names onto them, and would the workwear company do this for each of us.

If it is set up, would we order directly asking them for the whitegoods shirts and then send them our own logo to add on to it?

Tell you what, drop an email to me on kwatt@ukwhitegoods.co.uk with what you need and I’ll see what we’ve got left. If I can do it economically I’ll just send them, remember to include to who and where they’ve to go as I won’t have a clue from an email address only and not having the info makes my life harder. 😉

After I deal with them, probably on Tuesday as I have a meeting on for Monday which will last most of the day, I’ll look into the prospect of getting them printed or embroidered. I have a couple of places locally that can do that.

John’s option is cheap though, but I’ll get comparative quotes and see where we go from there.

I may ask about those stickers as well while I’m there if anyone’s interested?

    Re: Polo shirts

All the ones I have emails for I’ve dealt with, I “liberated” some. 🙂

All the ones we have left we’ve added to the shop as it’s the easiest way to deal with requests, plus I’ve been given into trouble fro sending stuff FOC, again, when it costs us money for postage.

So, any items that we get asked for that are UKW branded will be availble from:

    THIS LINK TO THE SHOP

If you want anything else in there let me know and I’ll see what we can do.

    Cheers K

Just placed an order in the shop so we can see and judge the sizes.

What are the stock levels like, as I want to kit 8 guys out with them and they will need 4 or 5 each of the polo shirts and 2 fleeces each

    Regards

I’ll see if I can get them out tonight Jackal, no guarantees though as I think they’ll have to go via Interlink due to the size/weight. Hence me getting hassle for sending them FOC. 😉 😕

We’ve got loads of them, probably enough to kit out a couple of hundred engineers and, I’m trying to arrange one of the local guys to be able to put on company names as well. Hopefully it can be done, but there would be a cost obviously to do it.
