Here’s a blast from the past…
Just the other day I drove past two former stores, both now closed recently I think.
Just 18 months later and PRG are reporting massive losses from Powerhouse, it’s never been what you’d exactly call rosy since they bought it but it appears to be heading in the same direction as New Zealand lies rather quickly. As reported in the NZ Herald they lost just over $41 New Zealand dollars I presume for the 7 months in 2003 followed by a further $51.4 in 2004.
Good news for people relying on income from Powerhouse, I think not. 😕
