    I have text Barrie and he is happy to carry on printing the certificates from his printer, he has done most already.

    then he bring them along for us to post off.

    😀 Ok an attempt to download my Brain for the 27th

    Bryan – Can you get Stacey to email or post to Kilmarnock the invoice for the meeting so we can pay it beforehand ,if there are any extras we can settle those on the day as Tracey will bring the cheque book with her,that way we know where we are money wise .

    Barrie – will you bring the folders with you or are they going out with the stuff already ?

    Ian – excluding the three you have mentioned not confirmed , who have we got confirmed for the big room ?

    Ken – are you buying the Mikes ,and organising the backdrops ?

    Stephen – Front of house -Meet & Greet – what do you need ?

    Lawrence – firm up swiftcool work thing and publicity ?

    Things to sort
    Ipad registration ,how will we implement it

    Ladies – who ? Debs,Tina ,Val ..

    Okay now tell me what Ive forgotten ?

    On one, dunno. Tell me to I will but I need to know what connectors we want or what RF packs we want.

    The folders should be all finished by then. I will bring them with me. What “welcome letter” is going in them?

    In regards to PA cant we get in touch direct with the ones that do the hotel any way and hire?

    Do we want to ask any one else if they would like to pop along as back up in case some drop out!

    I have another meter company i could approach and also have you heard of ELEMENTMAN, we have used this company a few times if you get obscure or obsolete parts he can make em up!!
