I’m going for it, I don’t want to miss out. I’ve always wanted to be the ‘Champion’ repairer in my area.

KeymasterRe: repairmanacademy.com
The various sites that the dude runs seem to be the usual pyramid selling type things selling a dream basically.
The grammatical and spelling errors are a tactic used in SEO and generally frowned upon in the internet community as is using loads and loads of text in order to try to pander to the search engine spiders.
What you get doing this is loads of clicks, for a while, but people just see it as a big advert selling nothing but information and services that you can get elsewhere for free or better and they click away. There’s actually little to no information on the page other then some dude telling you how good he is at manipulating Google. Well, really… if it was that damn easy don’t you think that there’d be thousands of people doing it, why is he so special that he’s discovered all this and the SEO community hasn’t and, had they of course, they’d all be No1 on a Google search…
I don’t think so.
Trying to avoid going into huge detail…
To get good SEO results takes a lot of work and a bit of smarts. You need to understand the business that you are promoting and you need to understand the nature of the internet.
There’s no magic bullet unless you’re prepared to spend tens of thousands a month on advertising to get a decent CTR and, even then, there’s no guarantee that people will actually buy what you’re peddling.
I’d give it a wide berth and, certainly wouldn’t part with any cash for such a service.
I get hit with this sort of cr4p almost every other day because of UKW’s profile and you can see how much I spend on advertising if you go looking… practically nothing.
So I reckon Tim’s original take is the correct one… abject cynicism. 😉

Either I’m confused or there are some really stupid people around, even more than my Beko clients.
# Be able to service at least 12 more jobs a week (at £58 labour plus parts)
# Pay within 48hrs for completed jobs given via paypal!
# Be prepared to pay £20-£25 for each job completed
# These terms and conditions are flexible and could be changed with 30 days prior notice, but the fees will not change upwards. So they paying me £58 a job, within 48 hrs, but I pay them £20-£25 for each job and they can change the T&C’s allowing them to reduce the charges.
Reminds me of a certain vac company from the USA.
😆

I had a call form then on Tuesday, told him I’d look at the site. Looked at it did not like it, he won’t be getting me to sign up. Del boy could build a better looking site with the help of Rodders the little plonker. 😆
I had to laugh at the sales pitch “We only have 97 spaces left” And there between his ears. 😉

I reckon this repair academy thing must be why I’ve got no work. One of the three champions they’ve recruited so far must be working round hereabouts somewhere and taking all my customers. :rotfl:

What’s with all these people thinking it’s easy money to just pass jobs onto repairmen and take a cut?
