    Re: Repairs@ Expansion

The biggest hurdle to overcome is the apathy of the trade towards itself.
We have had four meetings now and it is nearly always the same faces without exception that bother to turn up. It does’nt matter how many brilliant idea’s we have unless we can convince the buggers to get more involved.

how many subscribing members do we have at this point in time so that we can gauge how effective the lure of e-jobs will be. this really eludes to the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} goal we are chasing.

I know we have still got the giant mail shot to come where we should hit everyone involved in the independant trade. perhaps we need a brainstorming session of how to enthuse others to our vision of how our trade could be if we all stuck together.

I do have an idea on that…..but we need a copy of the whole of the mailing list of this trade from yellow pages…….

We are not in a position to buy it, but we know a man that can, if he will let us have a copy, we wait to see…

I think you’re thinking what I’m thinking you devious old bugger. 😉

Let’s do one thing at a time. The primary goal now is to get e-Jobs running well and get them all involved in that as much as we can.

The mail shot serves to feed that I hope.

ACH is a fair bit away and there’s things to be done before that happens, let’s back burner it for now.
