just to let you know…..the customers just picked there machine up before we had the chance to video it, typical. we’ll get it next time
Hang on, if its the easy why was the machine taken away?the customer bought the machine into us to replace the gasket. so he picks it up to save himself a callout charge. im sure we’ll get another soon, and even if its just a carbon brush job, it’ll be getting a new gasket 😉

With lube, Lee8? I can’t do it that quick without oiling myself up first.

Just a thought… Why not have a competition at the WTA conference in March? Surely we can get hold of old washers including the troublesome Zanussi and bring it along. Maybe Qualtex can supply the new door seals for free?
The timed competition can take place during the breaks and the winner will be announced at the last session could win a prize?
Just a thought… Would anyone be up for it? Best get some practice then…

The less formal September 2014 meeting might be more accommodating? The boys from eSpares could be on hand to do the official timing. George could provide the hardware and Boddingtons the ‘lubrication?’ 💡

Always asked the customer to be the ‘third’ hand.Doing one for an ex-England footballer I asked his very attractive Swedish girlfriend to be the ‘third’ hand. She had a see through blouse on,no bra.I havent quite got over it yet and that was thirty years ago. Every time I get a Zanussi door seal to do it brings back pleasant memories.

i would defo deduct his pay for being a smarty pants and give him extra jobs if your sending him out on the rd ,
next time when the boss is watching slow down learn from the council workers — 6 guys to dig half a hole and all that lol
