    We are forever being backed into a corner over one thing or another with manufacturers and work providers trying to squeeze the very last drop of blood out of the contract with the old blackmail technique of ” You’ll loose the work if you don’t do it ! “

    We all have to draw our own lines in the sand as to just how far we are willing to be pushed and determine the limits we are prepaired to go to before we say enough is enough and no futher.

    They will always go for the weakest link first and once they have got the guy to capitulate they use him as an example to all the others.

    Only you, know how far your prepaired to go for them.

    As Sean says its a difficult one for you; if it’s any comfort to you the way things are going up this way he may lose some of his network coverage and be unable to replace it. Many have now come to the conclusion that whilst the work is fairly straight forward it is not our place to finance Samsung with items that are badly designed – I’m sure you will take my meaning 😕

    Yes I know that he would try and make an example of the weakest link but he has’nt chosen the weakest by any stretch.We are at a point that we could just stop tomorrow and still carry on,to which is why I am sticking to my guns and going above his head to the person who he has to report to and still thinks that everyone is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} happy.

    I know that he has said to several people that he would prefer to have me on his side rather against him..Dont know why that is.

    Well it looks like samsung may well be back on whatchdog again.

    It seems that more complints have come in and they are now on about the freezer side.

    Samsung are now covering all the parts in the freezer cooling section as well now as in the fridge.

    Hi All

    I have today fired a severe warning shot over to carl as they are changing ball parks willy nilly and not discussing or letting engineers know and were being made to look like idiots.

    I am at a point that I will be giving my notice if he doesnt get hold of his balls and stand up instead of hiding.

    When i do hand the notice over i will be making it a open that will be sent by e-mail and also sent to all of the ASC’s that we have addy’s for.

    i’m getting fed up with all the bull shut from them.

    Hi All

    Well i’ve well and truly done it this morning at 09.30am.Told nicklin where to go and to hell with it.

    As for ken’s post concerning the RSH models…That i will leave alone until the notice has been cleared or Nicklin tries to shaft me.

    I have warned Nicklin that if they do not Honor the notice and the work doesn’t continue then I will treat it as breach of contract and that the contract terms will be out the window…including the confidentiality agreement.

    Watch this space for the shit to hit the fan later.

    O’h and he then replied 3 hours later terminating me…lol
