    Hello,
    Did changing the heater fitted around the evaporator solve the problem as i have the same problem with my samsung fridge freezer.
    The fridge freezer doesn’t seem to be coming out of the defrost cycle, but is fine before it. Have to switch off and on again to get it to work again.
    someone on another site suggested the compresor relay.
    Any thoughts anyone???

    yes it did work, was a bit fiddly for me as I am a desk jockey now but with a little bit of perspiration and some perseverance the replacement of the heating part of the evaporator worked.

    Hi All – sorry to drag back such an old post but I have exactly the same issue.

    Does anyone have the part or information what part I need?

    Sounds like I need the heating part for the evaporator?
