    I have a similar PCB in my siltal BL952 (compatible with ADP 8242 and many other models). My problem is no heating at all. After all tests I did I concluded that my PCB is fault. Relay it works fine as well as all of the PNP transistors, diodes and resistances.

    I read in 2-3 forums (espacially in russian and bulgarian forums) that the problem was the three gray box capacitors. Especially the big one with 1.5 uF /270 VAC at the bottom left of the photo.

    I ordered all of them and I am still wait to replace them. As soon as I have any news I will let you know.

    I also opened a topic at this address when my tests where in the very beggining.
