    We must have his mobile phone number, his ISP is Virgin Media, a call during a meeting just before we get down to business from Virgin Media ‘ Piracy Enforcement Officer’ 😉 informing him that his broadband service is to be suspended at once due to illegal downloading of ‘rude stuff’ or other ‘copyright’ material, also inform him that his details will be passed on to the police etc.

    We have a few of his IP numbers so whoever makes the call can quote them to make it sound convincing. 😈

    Then we leave him with one of our mobile numbers as a confidential call back number. 8)
