    Its alright, but I prefer a more ‘hands on approach’

    AV from Authentium, Zone Alarm Pro firewall. Mailwasher Pro, SpywareBlaster, Spybot S&D, Windows Defender and keeping a careful watch over it all. Prevx One ( the dogs doo dahs)

    Belt, braces, and suspenders. 😆

    Never, ever had an infection of any kind in over 10 years.

    If you really want to know what nasties are poking around inside your PC, slowing things down etc, then download and run Hijackthis from here.

    http://tinyurl.com/3ch8x, scroll down the page a bit.

    It will produce a log file which can be interpreted by experts ( I know a couple) who will tell you everything that is on board that really should not be, they will also tell you how to remove it.
