We are a distributor agent for Glen dimplex major appliances, this covers the Belling, Lec, New World and Stoves brands. Unfortunatly the information is only as good what as the manufacturer provides. For there products the 9 digit SKU product number is required to check on parts.

Hi Bryan & Martin,
For the grill element with kit 011561400 in stock, or HY14103 without kit (out of stock).
For the fan module 082814400 in stock, for the timer the serial number is needed.

E009527 is not the serial number, serial numbers begin with the year.

My I refer you to my previous post Andy where I gave you the appliance Serial no(E009527) Model no (059040415) and type no (Stoves 720 EF WHITE) 🙂 all taken from the rating plate 🙂 I bought the oven in 1995. 😉

Phoned Glen dimplex yesterday,they advised without a valid serial number which E009527 is not, they cannot help.
