    I just received ours this morning, so give it until the end of this week, if it still does not arrive PM bazza500 your company name and address and he will look into it for you. 😉

    I will be making a start on the renewal invoices in the next week, these will now be sent via email so could you please make sure we have an up to date email address for you please. 😉

    When paying by BACS could you please use your WTA number or company name so i know who has paid. 😉

    Someone paid by BACS but just put subscription as the reference, fingers crossed whoever it was sees this and PM’s me with their details, because unfortunately at the moment i can’t allocate the payment.

    All the renewals were sent at the start of the month, so not sure whats happened. Can you PM me your email address please and i can check if it is the correct one we have on our records?

    Also, i know a few people that ended up with them in their junk/spam folder, might be worth a look just encase (if you haven’t already).

    That time of year again, all renewal invoices have now been sent out by email. If you haven’t received it let me know please.

    Certificates will start to be processed next week, please note that you will only receive your certificate once you have paid your subscriptions. 😉
