I take it that the ‘Search’ facility is still a work in progress. Totally confusing compared with the current system.

From the FAQ’s section…… This is so messy.
Because some beurocrat decided that we cannot as, now, if anything goes wrong and you do something wrong either in error or because of a disability that you may have like colourblindness then the person who gave that advice is personally liable for any injury or death arising from that. This is the reason that getting technical information from many manufacturers is difficult at best, even for the trade and can cause delays with repairs.
But the beurocrat spelling is only one glaring error in this passage.
PS. Its… bureaucrat.
It would be better if it read something like,
Because some faceless EU official has decreed that we cannot give this advice, just in case something goes wrong, or you make a mistake either in error or because of a disability that you may have such as colour blindness. If that happens then the person that gave that advice is personally liable for any injury or death arising from that. This is the reason that getting technical information from many manufacturers is difficult at best, even for the trade and can cause delays with repairs. ŠJ.Banks 2006 8)

Can I be blunt ? đ
The shop@ layout is utter crap to be honest, far worse and more confusing than it already is. Products all over the place, no defintion as to what they are, navigation is hopeless, no explanation as to why products are there in certain categories (new products added in categories as osc does has been borked) đĽ
There đ

Nice – bit touchyfeelyfriendly to my eyes. Better keep the Trade forums “well ‘ard” I suppose, to remind ourselves that we are a bunch of hairy behinded engineers. Noted most what the rest of you seem to have noticed, so not much to add. I suppose that if we are going to maintain our listings by getting the public viewing, we don’t have a lot of choice. It seems to be a “female” site, instead of the rather “butch” site we have now đ .
Any retraining available for dyed-in-the-wool-tell-it-how-it-is Mods?
