Re: The Green Mile…How Do You Avoid Death by Electrocution
These are some of the most cringworthy threads I have ever read, as I am paranoid about shocks, havnt been caught out now by the old
“want a cup of tea” tactic for years now, but reading some of these really makes me toes curl!
I asked because you know, in this day and age, their should be something,
I am just hoping that some guys new to the game read this and review there working methods before they have a story to tell, rather than after.

That was, touch wood, the one and only time I thought my time was up. For milliseconds I just couldn’t let go and only by screaming out in agony was I able to free myself…..!
Ever since that time I carry a non contact mains sniffer/sensor
I got one of those volt sniffers on saturday, this one vibrates as well! 😀
Just to add the story of my only shock in the last 15 years ( had about a dozen good ones in my first 10 years in the game) I was pasting wallpaper as dusk descended and thought it would be ok to remove the light switch, push the wire back into the recess and paper over it, didnt count on the ability of wet pasted paper to conduct did I 😥 :angry4:
