I went to look at a Hotpoint WMA washing machine that was tripping the switch due to a faulty element. Apparently an electrician looked at it before me. The woman was going on about how much washing she had to do so the electrician decides to disconnect the earth in the machine so she could carry on with her washing until i got to look at it!!
