Comet ain’t so cheap… K3 Vulcano on UKW 😉
No, it doesn’t have the turbo head but I’m not sure on the rewind, I thought all the K-Series cleaners had rewind.

No, but according to the website, the 150watt electric floor head is an option

Yeah it is, but buying it as an option, from memory, it was an extra tenner or something like that and you got the K3 Premium so I didn’t see any point in listing it TBH as, at that point, the K3P is a far better buy. It’s the old car sales trick, you may as well go a model up if you want a certain feature.

just to confirm all k series have cable rewind, pull out the cable as normal then to retract pull from the side at cable for auto retract 😉

Hello Everyone,
Sorry it’s been a while since I last checked in. Hope all are well.
If I may stick my 2p’s worth in, I would avoid Miele Cylinder’s at all costs. I had a Cat & Dog Miele cylinder bought for me as a gift a couple of years ago. Initially, I was very pleased with, but as time went on (6months) I found I was paying out a fortune for replacement Carbon Filter & it used special material bags that were only available from Miele and they were expensive. As time went on, I found the machine was quite poor at picking up the dog hair, despite it having a motorised brush head. – I gave it away to a neighbour who was desperate for a vac.
At Northumbrian Water, where I used to clean the offices I used to use a Sebo & a Numatic Henry Hoover (depending on which side of the offices I was assigned that week to clean) & both were very good at picking up and cleaning all sorts of much, including large volumes of dried in mud from the geology labs.
One thing I have noticed, whenever I am at my local tip, getting rid of the privet cuttings, there are a large number of Oreck machines waiting to be recycled. – So i guess Orkeck are not upto scratch either.

Agro do the x1.1 for £199.99 which seems to be a typical price. We want an upright anyway, easier to store. So Sebo automatic x1 it is then
just a question, how is pronounced?September 13, 2007 at 6:11 pm #215602WhirlpoolQueen

just a question, how is pronounced?Phonetically, I would have thought Sea-Bow.

Just another quickie, not sort of appliance related, so not sure if anyone will know, but is possible to contract a dust allergy if you wasn’t born with one?
