Have you updated the warranty cards yet as I have just noticed the one i am using has the wrong telephone number on it. As i found out when i called it and spoke to some nice lady, i thought i dialed the wrong number until i did it again striaght after.

    Re: Warranty cards

I am trying to complete the pdf Warranty Registration document for my first sale of the new ISE 5 which I would then email to David. However the drop down options for model only offers the old CI555WH model no.
    Advise Please! Ron

    Re: Warranty cards

The easiest way is using the PDF as that’s the easiest way for us to deal with it.

    Downloadable here

This is an interactive form, you just tap in the details and hit the print or send as an email button at the bottom and the data is sent to us automagically. The agent details are not a problem as we tie that up from the sender.

I really do need to revisit this at some stage and I know that there’s the Excel spreadsheet one but that keeps messing up the formatting of serial numbers and whatnot. 😕

The excel one is the better one to use as i find i can save the copy fully filled in with customers details to the computer and email it.

The pdf one does not allow you to save it, so you have to always print it.

    Re: Warranty cards

    Ah, but you can. 😉

If you save the XML data file just as you would a spreadsheet you can then fill the form with the saved data later. And, if you have a full version of Acrobat you can also print to a PDF and save it as a PDF file, these can be indexed and made searchable just like an Excel sheet.

I do know however that some people find the Excel sheet easier and others the PDF, it’s really just a personal preference thing on which one to use.

    Re: Warranty cards

Just used that new form to register an ISE 10. In the drop down list for Warranty Type it does not have an option for 10+10, only Commercial plus the other model options.

    I left it blank.
