ParticipantThanks guys.
After my initial excitement when I came across this site some months ago now, and feeling like a kid with a new toy, I trust I have settled down and my approach has gained some maturity.
(No more of those jokes)
Your guidance was and is welcome.
An Avatar? Yes please
Animated? I’ve had to turn that off however will reset in anticipation

That avatar is way above the permitted size. How come?

I uploaded it directly last night (it was late) rather than email it to Alexa.
There are a few in the gallery now that are oversized, easily sorted but it doesn’t cause any major issues π

Just when I have read everything on UKW you go and give me access to this forum.
Hope I didn’t make you all cringe too much when I was out in never never land. Just felt that I could go throw buckets with gay abandon.
My slightly more circumspect posting have already become the order of the day
I’ve read everything here in case you thought “woops”
So there’s no going back nowJust a couple of comments which I hope are in context
1/. Personalities
Great to see the gloves come off. I already had a fair take on your various personalities and love the ringside seat.
There were times I could see the stuff flying across my screen and was truly grimacing and sometimes ducking. Scary stuff though.2/. Promotion
A good little post as a feel good news topic to the media would be
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … pic&t=6148
3/. Search engines
Came across your site by accident and it doesn’t feature in any of my normal searches
4/. Members dropping off (Welcome Mat Forum)
Monthly PM’s would be in order?
5/. Training
I would have thought that there would be a wealth of manufacturers manuals that could be obtained from members so the wheel doesn’t need to be re-invented totally
(Iβm going to do a check with our copyright council as to extent of republishing mine)6/. And I was going to nominate Rudi for Manager
If you need any grunt work done or help in any way donβt hesitate to ask
Iβll subscribe when the workload lightens up, if thatβs al-right. (just when I thought there was nothing more to read)

ParticipantRe: Welcome Alexa
Yeah Yeah I know I prattle on but I’m after feedback on the level of support I give the general public
I won’t do a poll but:
A/. Too much
B/. Too little
C/. Just right
D/. Be more careful
E/. Your should only be encouraging them to contact repairs@ (UK customers)
Everybody has an agenda and being a bit thick I may have only picked up on some of what I think are yours (all admired if I read things right) so a PM or a Post to assist in this regard but only if you think I’m off base, have got it wrong, or need to know, or the story from day1 if you want me to draw my own conclusions.
