    In enlightened, sophisticated Newcastle Upon Tyne(City of Culture runner-up) we use the term”Gooshed”as in “Excuse me Mrs Patel the eggs in this carton are “aal f**ckin gooshed”.

    That reminds me of my favourite Geordie word…

    Apparently it’s a Geordie word for a car-crash, as that is the sound of a car smashing into something.

    “You dinnie dunsh ya car did ya?”
