    My essential toolkit comprises screwdrivers (Pozi No2, Philips No2, T15, T20, 6mm flat), adjustable pliers, test meter (all in one), pocket LED torch, laptop, kneeling pad. This gets me well on the way to finishing most jobs.

    Now ther’es me begining to think you were saying we were spouting, Bull***t, Told you I was having a bad week. Personally I just normally “Politely” show them the door if in the workshop. If in customers house I don’t normally listen to them, just sort of say Hmm, yes, no, from time to time.
    Trait I learned when dealing with Mastercare customers.
