You can get your otm to give him a refund and tell him to shop else where.

I have done this before due to the customer always moaning about her f/f every 11 months and getting a new one for 3-4 years running.

So I called out and explained that it was due location and that there was nothing wrong, she then complained, got a refund and was told do not buy anything of us again. Some customers are more hassle than they are worth.

lmao what a great read, he almost paints himself as a hero for pointing out to the world “long before watchdog did” that the rs21 had an inherant fault, i will watch his thread in anticipation to see how he can modify his dishwasher to make that last 2 years, by implanting a bosch table top into it maybe 😆

I’m actually glad Samsung told him to go forth and I hope Comet do as well. There’s some people that are just beyond hope, he’s one.
