    Hi Colin
    Well we have given you advice and help 8) We are bound by rules aswell you know, its not us trying to be awkward or evasive trust me.

    You have more than enough information to rectify the fault as it has been done in the past by other members of the public.

    If there are no engineers local to you then Im afraid you are only left with Whirlpool themselves.

    Had machine checked to find out the control board needs replacing.
