No matter, you read my pm volunteering assistance but never replied. Such is life.
kwatt wrote:you couldn’t do it anyway as there is a system to do it and keep the info live, it’s sorta like this….
A “system” eh? Good job I didn’t waste my time then, I could never work to a system, try as I might. Nah! 😉
Here’s an idea : My mate lee8 has 150 good reasons why he could roll up his sleeves for a change and help you out. 💡

Yes lee, you can get one for each of them from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store but I sure ain’t doing it on a memory stick. No hope of that happening.

If someone offered you a book for £50 a year that could save you £1000 – £2000 per year in time, would you buy it? Darn right you would..
The cost of the app is less than the profit of one or two jobs, so what the bloody hell are you all bickering about. £3.99 seems a lot but for that money you are getting the immediate answer to the question you wanted answering and then you are getting further use of the app for the rest of the month.
I’d gladly pay £100 per year for the app because the value of the time it saves me far exceeds that.

What the hell have i started, the app isnt for me i used it on the go about 4 or 5 times in that 1st month, yes it saved me time but £1000 to £2000 in a year i dont think so, but maybe you rely on it a lot more than me as i have access to other ways of getting tech info so i dont need it so much, we are not all the same i run my business and spend my money the way i want to, just like you do yours you will spend it in a way i wouldnt but thats your business not mine, i didnt want anybody to fall out it was just an opinion at the end of the day. Bloody hell George don’t give Ken ideas. The apps annual cost is under 50 quid and folks are moaning at that….!

The £1000 – £2000 is based on doing approx 1000 machines per year; although I do a lot more than that.
Go figure the time it takes you to test a machine… Error code pops-up and bingo you have access to the fault codes. immediately you have an indication of where to start your search for the problem… Time saving on each job (if used) 15 mins worktime, or fuel and travel time ..
No, I don’t know about you but 15 mins time-saving is worth at lease £5.
Again, just an opinion.. Not falling out JJ, just giving some hypertheticals.

Hi Chaps.
Just About To Purchace 1 of these new type phones Q which is the best model that i can use for the new fault code app.
and has LARGE PRINT over the past couple of years iv been using a doro 615 which is brill for us older chaps. As for paying i dont mind. every time that iv had to dig the old fault book out for a referene guide to a fault iv always made a profit from it rather than walk away .
And The Same Stands for the FREE INFO on the forum.
EXAMPLE I Was Out on a indesit a couple of months ago just a blocked pump thought a easy job.
Cleard the chamber turned it on and the blinking thing had a mind of its own flashing constant pumping could not clear the fault i was blowing and sucking on this new type presure switch (THE BLUE 1).
Then i rememberd a thread that JIM Wrote about this Problem u had to Prime the appliance with 2pints of water first. Thanks to Jims Free Info I Made £50.00.
so 1 to 2 Fixes of the new Fault App and your £££ in so i dont mind paying.
Q Which Phone Whould be the bestPaul…

Hello,
I would like to thank all who participated in the Rapport Call Handling Survey.
Survey URL:
http://www.rapportsoftware.co.uk/index.php/survey?source=forumsThis is Sudeep Talati, (Software Developer of Rapport Software and PhD student).
I am urgently seeking your help to evaluate my Rapport Call Handling software and your feedback is essential for me to complete my PhD.
Please complete the online survey on my software – Only 10 questions, taking 2 minutes of your time. I promise.
Please be reassured that your feedback is anonymous and so you can be as honest as you wish to be.
Even negative feedback is useful to me as it will help me analyse the software more closely and will be used as guide for improvement in later releases.
I have already 30 responses but unfortunately I need at least 60 as this feedback is not sufficient for my PhD.
Thank you for your time. It is very much appreciated.
